No payments are being accepted. ETA Atlas has no active checkout or paid application service. There is currently no ETA Atlas order to cancel or payment to refund.
Government fees are separate
If you apply directly on a government website, its own payment and refund rules apply. ETA Atlas does not collect those payments and cannot issue a refund for them. Do not assume that a refusal or change of plans makes a government charge refundable.
Payments to another provider
If you paid a different private provider, contact that provider using the details on your receipt. ETA Atlas cannot access, amend or refund an order made elsewhere.
Before our paid service opens
We will publish an actual cancellation and refund policy before taking payment. It must explain:
- The contracting entity, support contact and how to request a cancellation.
- The distinction between government charges and our service fee.
- When administrative work begins and what happens before and after submission.
- Applicable consumer cancellation rights and any required request to start work.
- How errors, duplicate charges, service failures and application refusals are handled.
- The review process, refund timing, payment method and complaint route.
No “money-back guarantee” or guaranteed approval is offered by this preview. A government refusal is not, by itself, evidence of an error by a service provider. Any future policy must preserve applicable statutory rights.
